Application Development with JBuilder 6
Description
JBuilder™ 6.0 Application Development is a five-day course designed to help Java™ developers using JBuilder 6 gain an understanding of and successfully use the features of JBuilder™ 6 in developing data-aware applications, web applications and enterprise applications. Concepts are taught through instructor-led exercises and individual lab exercises that build on each other.
Other concepts covered include the IDE, projects, debugger, remote debugging, data models, DataModule, ™ data-aware components, and the use of many wizards to simplify and decrease development time.
JBuilder Other concepts covered include event handling, layout managers, and an introduction to JavaBeans, ® EJB,™ servlets, JSPs, CORBA, ® and XML.
This course helps prepare students for the JBuilder 6 Product Certification exam.
Audience
The course is targeted to those who may be new to JBuilder 6 but who have experience with Java development.
Job responsibilities
Developing n-tier database applications using Java or JBuilder.
Prerequisites
Working knowledge of Windows® or Linux® operating systems. Experience in programming with Java for the standard course. Experience developing applications that utilize SQL database servers is helpful. |
