Agreement
WHEREAS the OKC PC User Group, Inc. has obtained certain hardware,
software or other material more fully described below (hereinafter
referred to as “product”); and
WHEREAS _________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as
"reviewer") is desirous of reviewing said product suitable for publication
in The Monitor under the terms and conditions contained herein;
IT IS THEREFORE MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS, to wit:
A. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT:

B. OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCT: Product shall remain the property
of the OKC PC User Group, Inc. If the product is software, reviewer
shall abide by the license agreement of the owner thereof.
C. TIME LIMIT FOR REVIEW: Reviewer shall have one month in
which to test, use, evaluate, prepare and submit, on magnetic
media (diskette) or via modem, a written review of the product
to the Editor of The Monitor of between 500 and 1,500 words. Time
is of the essence.
D. RETURN OF PRODUCT: (1) Reviewer agrees to return product
(including all diskettes, manuals, templates, registration cards,
and any other material included with product) at the end of the
above time period (or any time so requested) to the OKC PC User
Group, Inc.; (2) In the event reviewer fails to comply with this
agreement, reviewer agrees to pay to the OKC PC User Group, Inc.
the above shown value of the product.
