A select with an "order by" will cause a "connection is 
already in use..." error
MS's ISQL will bring up the error "Unexpected EOF from SQL
Server"
Error: "109 The pipe has been ended." [OS/2 and NT]
"10008 Bad token from SQL Server: datastream processing 
out of sync."
Often caused by an abruptly terminated network 
connection, which causes a damaged Tabular Data Stream token 
to be read by the client. See Knowledge Base article Q73215 
for more details on this error.
