CTLIB 16bit Sybase SQL Links driver, An illegal value of 0 given for parameter iodesc->iotype.

PROBLEM:
Adding/Posting memo/text data to a Sybase table using a CTLIB client causes the 
error-
"ct_data_info(SET): user api layer: external error: An illegal value of 0 given for 
parameter iodesc->iotype."

SOLUTION: Install Sybase's EBF5887 CTLIB Client Update
