MSSQL 32bit SQL Links "Translate error. Value out of bounds." BDE/SQL Links V3.02 6/1/96 "Translate error. Value out of bounds." when trying to post a new record to a Numeric column with a scale of zero ie: 7,0. There appears to be a problem with MS's 32bit DBLIB where the scale is zero.
