Oracle ODBC Via BDE/DBD 32bit
Error on connection
	"[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Information type out of range"

Oracle ODBC driver above does not support the ODBC Level 2 call:
SQL_NULL_COLLATION.
BDE 3.5 assumes Oracle default when using this ODBC driver.
Please install BDE 3.5 to avoid the error above.
