SEARCH Borland Online/Developer Support
MS SQL Server Row modification (update, delete, etc.) appears to hang app., the server reports a deadlock, or a QUERY TIMEOUT error is shown BDE/SQL Links 3.01 or greater (MSSQL Driver has TDS PACKET SIZE param) Make sure that the TDS PACKET SIZE is set to, at least, the server default of 4096 (this is true for both MSSQL and Sybase).
