Problem:
I get an AV at 40069D4A in VCL50.BPL. Read of address FFFFFFFF on use of the Alignment Palette commands "Center horizontaly in window" and "Center verticaly in Window".

Problem:
NetMeeting, a Win2000 program, causes Delphi to throw an Application Error stating that it referenced memory that could not be read. This only happens if there is a form open. This happens with applications written in Delphi as well as the IDE itself.
