Problem:
Win2K:The setparam example, because it uses 2-digit dates and relies upon no definition of a LOCALE_SSHORTDATE format for the default format, displays dates like "6/21/0096" on Windows 2000. This is caused because LOCALE_SSHORTDATE is defined only in Win2K. Doesn't apply to NT SP6.
