Executing query with GIMME INDEXES as SQL
statement causes SQL Explorer to crash when run
against ODBC datasource. Tested against SQL

Problem:
If Delphi has a master / detail relationship whith the
detail table having an AutoNumber field as the first
field, when moving records in the master table, you
get error 'Non-blob column in table required to
perform operation'. This happens only with BDE 4.0
and 4.01, BDE 3.x works.

Problem:
ODBC Socket BDE 4.0, 4.01 (BDE 3.5 was OK)
BDE tries to set an owner name whether or not the
ODBC driver reports requiring/using owner names.
