Problem:
MSSQL, Sybase (db-lib and ct-lib)
When a table contains a field with IDENTITY
property, you cannot insert a record using
DB-Explorer.
The error msg is "Field xxx must have a value". But
when you enter a number into that field, you will get
another error msg "General SQL error. Attempting to
insert explicit value for identity column .....".

Problem:
With ENABLE BCD set to TRUE, any zero
precision field that has entered trailing zeros, the
zeros will be removed.
Example:
Putting in 300 will be changed to 3 when written to
the table.

MSSQL, Sybase:
When a field has identity property and primary key
property, inserting a new record causes an error
"Record/Key deleted" 0x2204.
In fact, the new record is inserted.
