Instructions:

1) Be sure that C++ Builder is not running.

2) Download ceupdate.zip and unzip the contents to your
   \Bin directory overwriting the file Bcbcxp40.bpl.
   (by default the \Bin directory is located at:
   C:\Program Files\Borland\CBuilder4\Bin)

3) The update will take effect imediately.
