CONFERENCE SPEAKER: Allen Bauer — Borland

Allen Bauer has been a member of the Delphi R&D team since before Delphi 1.0 (then the Pascal R&D team). Today, he is the IDE architect for the RAD products group, which include Delphi, C++Builder, Kylix, and future products. He makes sure that all the world-class technologies created in the RAD group come together and play nice within the IDE. His hobbies include model rocketry and building electronic gadgets. He lives in Scotts Valley, California with his wife, Karen, and four children.
