The increasing complexity of software development combined with the pervasive importance that software plays today as part of everyday business operations, requires a new approach to driving the predictability and reliability of software projects. With the right approach, organizations can ensure that their software development efforts expand opportunities (increase revenue), reduce costs, reduce risk, optimize quality, and accelerate time to market.
Join Boz Elloy, Borland Senior Vice President of Software Products, at this session for a presentation of Borland's continued innovation and to learn how the right approach unites business, development and operations teams, and roles to transform the black-art of software by applying focus, precision, and control to maximize the business value of software.
